To ensure the product′s tensile strength, the quality true forged billet alloy aluminum T6 6061 or T6 7075 is insisted on. The alloy billets are made by 2500 tons forging machines, and standard T6 aging is made (solution and artificial aging); The mechanical performance is up to the standard of T6 6061 or T6 7075.

To ensure the high precision and perfect fit, automatic CNC line is adopted, that is mainly built with precise DOOSAN machines, feeding manipulators and control system, which also reduces the work intensity of the operators, avoids operation mistakes, and further improves the machining quality and consistency.

The wheel spacers and adapters are double surface protection treated and anodized with the color pointed. The bolts and studs (if any) provided are of true grade 10.9 or grade 12.9.

Up to now, the wheel spacers and adapters from HANGZHOU BORUIKE are widely installed on motorsport cars, trucks and SUVs, passenger cars, and ATVs and UTVs and work properly, which have been verified positively to be solid, strong and cost-effective.
